Compression Dies
Compression dies are a critical part of compressor component since they influence electric characteristics of jointed conductors.As a compression tool manufacturer,we are also involved with die marking.However,due to the various standards and varous fittings by each manutacturer,we do not have our own standard to meet each manufacture¨s.So,with detailed customer¨s information.
We try our best to make suitable dies
The following are examples of information we need to make custom dies
1.Type of conductor to be jointed.(Aluminum,Copper,ACSR,AAAC etc)
2.Drawing of dies,Groove dimension etc
3.Fitting outer diameter and inner diameter,Usually fittings are compressed in a inscribed hexagon so that die across vertex distance equals to fitting outer diameter
